Cookie Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Axial Fans USA Inc. (“AFI USA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on axialfansusa.com (the “Site”), what data these technologies collect, and how you can control them.

This Cookie Policy is part of and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

01

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the website to recognize your device, remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, and provide certain features that would not otherwise be possible.

The term “cookies” in this Policy also includes similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, web beacons and pixel tags, all of which are used to store or transmit small amounts of data between your browser and the servers that deliver the Site.

02

How We Categorize Cookies

We group the technologies used on the Site into three categories, each of which you can accept or decline through the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, and re-configure at any time through the “Manage Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

Strictly NecessaryAlways active — cannot be disabled

These cookies and technologies are required for the Site to function correctly. They enable core features such as navigating between pages, remembering your cookie consent choices, and protecting the Site from abuse. Without these, the Site cannot deliver the services you have requested.

AnalyticsOff by default — activated only with your consent

These technologies help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed most, how visitors arrive, how they navigate — so that we can improve the Site over time. The data is aggregated and used only in a statistical form. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you actively accept them.

FunctionalOff by default — activated only with your consent

These technologies enable enhanced features such as embedded maps that help you locate our offices. They may set cookies operated by third parties. Functional cookies are only loaded after you actively accept them.

How to Manage Your Preferences

You can control cookies in three ways:

4.1 Through our cookie banner

When you first visit the Site, a banner will appear asking you to accept, decline or customize your choices. Your choices are stored on your device and respected across your session and future visits.

4.2 By updating your preferences at any time

You can change your choices at any time by clicking Manage Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page on the Site. Your new choices take effect immediately, and any previously loaded cookies for a category you have declined will be blocked from further use.

4.3 Through your browser

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically delete existing cookies, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please be aware that if you block cookies through your browser, some parts of the Site may not function properly. Instructions for managing cookies vary by browser; consult your browser's help documentation.

05

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Our Site recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension transmits a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and other applicable US state privacy laws. Analytics and Functional cookies will be blocked regardless of any consent banner interaction until the signal is disabled.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no consensus among industry participants regarding how to interpret them. GPC is the mechanism we honor.

06

Third-Party Provider Information

The following third parties may place cookies on your device through their integration with our Site. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies:

07

Data Retention for Cookies

Cookies remain on your device for the duration listed in the tables above, or until you delete them through the “Manage Cookie Preferences” control or through your browser. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained in our Analytics account for a maximum of fourteen (14) months after which it is automatically deleted.

08

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, re-present the cookie banner to give you the opportunity to reconfirm your choices.
